Organising your own breathwork party/ group event is a powerful and unique way to relax and enjoy time with your friends/favourite people. Maybe you’re planning a get together with your closest friends, school mums, supporting a friend going through a difficult time, friends from uni, boys weekend, birthday or a special event and want to do something different that doesn’t make you feel awful the next morning!..

Breathing with friends, is an amazing way to experience your energy and your body in a truly unique way, helping you relax and unwind, and the conversations that come afterwards are always beautiful.

If you have breathed with me before and love the practice, this is a powerful way to share the benefits with the people you love. Available in Dorset, London & beyond.

Location

If your group is 4 or less, come to my home studio in Poole, Dorset. If your is 4-10 people and you have the space to host - Perfect! Alternatively I can suggest a venue. Hire costs apply. Travel charged seperately - beyond 10 miles of Poole, Dorset. *Contact me to discuss virtual options.


What to expect

This 60-90 min session is a beautiful way to relax and connect. We’ll start with a short personalised intro based on what you'd like to feel as a group. I’ll demonstrate the breathing, explain a little about how you may feel and we’ll lay down, cover our eyes and breathe. After slowly bring our awareness back to the room, you'll have time to talk, integrate and eat some dark chocolate!

What to wear

Anything soft and comfy, your fave yoga/sweat pants and a sweatshirt is perfect, just nothing too tight or restrictive as you’ll be lying on a yoga mat. Warm socks are good 

What you’ll need

  • Yoga mat and warm blankets

  • A pillow to make some sound into

  • An eye pillow or eye mask - optional

Music

Music is an essential part of the experience and one of my great loves. Your playlist is unique and will be sent to you afterwards for you to enjoy and breathe to.

 
Wow, Wow, Wow! I booked Ellie for my 40th Birthday. There were 10 of us - some had done some yoga breathwork but most had no previous experience.
