This 90 mins session is a gentle, guided exploration. We’ll begin by talking about what you might like to breathe on - this could be a particular challenge, emotional block or experience you’d like clarity on, to release, or move through. Don’t worry If you don’t have anything specific, we’ll start and see what unfolds.

Breathwork can shift energy, feelings and emotion and help us to be more open. This is the space where truth and healing reside and ultimately it's the place where we feel fully awake to all of life.

WHAT TO WEAR

  • Soft, comfortable layers - you’ll be lying on a yoga mat.
  • Warm socks are good and I have blankets if you get chilly!

WHAT TO BRING

  • A cushion to make some sound into
  • eye mask (optional)

This 90 minute personalised session is an invitation to connect on a deeper level, to let go and let your breath guide you.

We'll begin the session with a short exercise to create a sense of transparency and openness. The experience has the ability to heighten awareness and establish a deeper connection, moving through barriers and feelings of stuckness.

+ What to expect

This 60-90 min session is a beautiful way to relax and connect. We’ll start with a short personalised intro based on what you'd like to feel as a group.

I’ll demonstrate the breathing, explain a little about how you may feel and we’ll lay down, cover our eyes and breathe.

After slowly bring our awareness back to the room, you'll have time to talk, integrate and eat some dark chocolate!

WHAT TO WEAR

  • Anything soft and comfy, your fave yoga/sweat pants and a sweatshirt is perfect, just nothing too tight or restrictive as you’ll be lying on a yoga mat. Warm socks are good

Music is an essential part of the experience and one of my great loves. Your playlist is unique and will be sent to you afterwards for you to enjoy and breathe to.

Breathwork for Teens | 14-18yrs

Description

An empowering and enlightening 60-75 mins experience for young people 14yrs + to share what's going on for them, to breathe and experience emotional freedom and understand that they are not their thoughts. Each session is tailored to the needs of the individual. Parents, guardians are welcome to stay and I recommend a 'breathwork for two' session for parents, and caregivers wanting to share the experience.

This is a package of three sessions, offering teens a transformative journey into the world of breathwork where they can gradually immerse themselves in the practice, allowing for a more profound understanding of its benefits, a grounding in this practice plus simple techniques for calm and nervous system regulation. Perfect For:

  • Anyone 14yrs - 18yrs
  • For self expression and emotional regulation
  • Feeling understood and comfortable with big feelings + emotions
  • Soothing anxiety + releasing negative self belief

In our sessions, we talk to about school and life in general then do the breathing part. Breathing helps me to feel more relaxed and to sleep better.
