Join us from 6.30pm in the cafe to learn about ceremonial cacao with Jo Cruickshanks from Common Roots Cacao - working with a female-led regenerative movement in Peru with a common goal: to change the story of cacao and chocolate in the UK for the people, plants and planet. Learn about the impressive health benefits, the history and how it can enhance your creativity.

We’ll begin at 7pm with a cup of cacao and intention setting followed by a gentle and expansive breathwork session. As we transition into the resting breath, Emma will take us on deeply-immersive, full-body listening journey, using sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to your mind and body.

This is an opportunity to experience deep rest. As we shift into Winter, yet the tempo of the modern life picks up pace - this beautiful evening is an opportunity to find some peace and balance!
