Experience all of the feels of ‘in person’ breathwork - directly from your bed or yoga mat. You’ll need headphones and a quiet uninterrupted space, a laptop, iPod or smartphone and access to Zoom. Bring a journal and pen. It’s beautiful way to enjoy the practice with ultimate flexibility - in your own space & in your own time.
